A Heartfelt Thank You to My Supporters

Well everyone, tonight didn’t turn out the way we hoped or the direction our campaign was working toward—but I want to start by saying thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you to every single person who supported this campaign—your encouragement, your time, standing in the rain, your conversations, speaking up on my behalf, and your belief in me. It has meant more than I can put into words.
I also want to congratulate Ben Flint on his victory. The people have spoken, and I respect that. That’s how the election process works. The voters have made their decision, and I wish him the absolute best as Sheriff.

This campaign was never just about winning an election. It was about standing up for what we believe in—transparency, accountability, and serving this community the right way.
And that doesn’t stop tonight. As citizens, we should continue to expect and encourage those values from our government.

I am proud of the race we ran. We stayed focused on the issues. We stayed focused on the people. And we did it with integrity.

To my wife, my family, and my team—thank you for standing beside me through every moment of this journey.
And to this community—I will continue to serve, to support, and to stay involved in making Jefferson County the best it can be. I love this county and the people in it.

Because at the end of the day, this has always been about the people—not a position or a title.

Thank you all again. I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you.
God bless you, and God bless Jefferson County.
